When this happens, they won’t stay, and they definitely won’t recommend your property to anyone else.

Standard leases can be found at any office supply store, and they make for a great piece of framework. But the fact of the matter is that no situation is the same as the next. Tailor your lease down to specific rules that you might have for the property, such as a limit on pets.

These additional details will help to lay everything out clearly for your tenants. This helps to reduce the friction because everything is specified, and no uncertainty or ambiguity can make things uncomfortable.
